How much is your service call?

Our diagnosis fee during our normal working hours, 8:30 am -4:00 pm, Monday through Friday is $69.00.  A higher fee is charged after these hours, weekends and holidays.


What can I check if my air conditioner is not working?

One of the first things you want to check is your air filter.  A dirty air filter can cause many problems.  You may also want to check your thermostat to make sure it is the air conditioning mode and the batteries aren't low.  If you see that your lines are frozen, you will need to give us a call.


What can I check if my furnace isn't working?

This one is a little harder.  First, always check that you have power to your furnace and then your thermostat to make sure that it is in the heating mode and the batteries aren't low.  One would be surprise at the number of calls we go out on that the thermostat's batteries are bad or someone accidentally tripped the breaker to the furnace.  If you have an oil furnace you can hit the reset once.  Otherwise, you may need a professional to look at your furnace.


Do you accept credit cards or have financing?

Yes, we do accept credit cards and offer financing with approved a credit.  In addition to regular financing, we also offer a lease to own program.  Occasionally, we offer a special financing offer.  Check our home page for any specials.
